Manpower policy:
1. FGUP KB Arsenal purposefully trains manpower for work at KB Arsenal. For this the following institutes of higher education are entered into en agreement with:
BGTU “VOENMEKh” named after D.F. Ustinov;
St. Petersburg Polytechnic University;
Institute of management and economics.
Under the agreements the following work is carried out:
Annual practice for students,
Underemployment for students,
Graduation work and presentation of theses,
Designation of interns into posts.
2. The board of interns works. It annually initiates Scientific and Technical Conference of KB Arsenal’s interns. The winners are rewarded with prizes, larger salary and better positions. These conferences are carried out to promote interns and stimulate their scientific work.
3. Progress for personnel is guaranteed. There is a reserve system of promising personnel for filling executive positions.
4. The enterprise is interested in professional promotion for its personnel. In this connection, post-graduate study and defense of dissertation thematically related to works of the design bureau is encouraged. Enterprise staff members are regularly trained at extension courses, seminars and trainings.
Social policy:
